We reconnected with Grandad John later in his life to share the birth of his Great Grandchildren. When we visited, John always asked them lots of questions and chuckled when they were cheeky. He was always welcoming to me and my family, even though he was troubled by illness, and for that I am thankful. You will be missed John, rest on peace. Xx

Imagine the relief you will feel when you don’t have to worry about dying! But Jehovah will not only remove death. He will also bring those who have already died back to life. Think what that will mean for you. He promises that those “powerless in death” will live again. (Isaiah 26:19) This is what the Bible calls the resurrection. Meditating in this lovely promise will give us comfort. I hope you will also find comfort in God word the Bible.
